Refund policy

Returns
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must include original tags, proof of purchase and be unused, in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and are subject to a 20% restock fee.

All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Due to high volume and limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability. We are unable to guarantee that the item and size that you need will be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend placing a new order for the item and size you need and sending the previous item back for a full refund.

Defective
If you received defective merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned. Defective items being returned must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
